Panel Discussion [Annual Northern Aerospace Forum]

This presentation is the panel discussion at the 8th Annual Northern Aerospace Forum. The National Aerospace Technology Strategy (NATS) includes a specific roadmap for airframes and structures, which is currently a prime business sector in the north of the UK. This has resulted in a number of projects being launched with the objective of increasing manufacturing capability and total supply-chain efficiency. Organisations in the regions are involved with a number of the projects. The speakers review these initiatives and identify how the region can exploit these results to build a sustainable world-class aerospace capability to share the expected economic benefits.
